Agency / Studio FAQ
How long does a typical project take?
Sprints (single deliverable): 2 weeks. Projects (full brand or site): 6-8 weeks. Retainers: ongoing, with deliverables on a 2-week cadence. Timeline is locked in our scoping document before kickoff.
How much does a project cost?
Sprints start at $[X,000]. Projects start at $[XX,000]. Retainers from $[X,000]/month. Final pricing is set after the discovery call — we don't quote off a brief alone.
Do you do work for hire, or do you keep IP?
Work for hire on the deliverable. You own everything we create for you on delivery. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio, with your written consent.
What's included in a discovery call?
60 minutes, free, no commitment. We hear your problem, ask questions, and tell you whether we can help. If we can't, we point you to someone who can.
Can I see examples of past work?
Yes — see our portfolio. We can also send case studies relevant to your industry under NDA after the discovery call.
How many revisions are included?
Sprints: 2 revision rounds per deliverable. Projects: scoped per deliverable, typically 3 rounds. We don't nickel-and-dime additional rounds within reason; we do scope-cap the project.
Do you work with companies outside [country]?
Yes — we work globally and have shipped projects in [N] countries. We accept payment in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD via wire transfer. Time zone overlap requirement: at least 3 hours per workday.
What's your booking lead time?
Currently booking [N] weeks out for projects, [N] weeks for sprints, immediate for retainers (subject to capacity). We hold one slot per quarter for urgent / pro-bono work.

Course / Cohort Program FAQ
When does the next cohort start?
[Cohort start date]. Applications close [N] days before start. Self-paced version is available year-round.
What's the time commitment?
[N] hours per week for [N] weeks. Two live sessions per week (90 min each), plus 2-3 hours of independent project work. Replays available if you miss a session.
Do I get a refund if it's not for me?
100% refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked. After day 14 we offer pro-rated refunds case-by-case if you've had a genuine blocker.
What's the difference between cohort and self-paced?
Cohort: live weekly sessions, peer cohort, instructor office hours, accountability. Self-paced: same recordings + workbook + community Discord, but no live element. Cohort completes 4× more often than self-paced.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes — on completion of all 12 lessons + the final project. Certificate is shareable on LinkedIn (we provide a one-click LinkedIn-compatible link).
Can my company sponsor my seat?
Yes — we can invoice your company directly. Most learning budgets ($1,500-$3,000/year) cover this fully. We provide a justification letter on request.
I missed a session — can I catch up?
Yes — every live session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. The cohort Discord is the better catch-up tool: ask the question and the cohort will fill you in faster than a recording.
Will this be the same content next cohort?
~80% same, ~20% updated. We rewrite roughly 2 lessons per cohort based on cohort feedback. The core curriculum is stable enough to recommend; the edges keep getting better.

Work that conflicts with existing clients, work in [list excluded categories — e.g., crypto / weapons / gambling], and projects that need to ship in under 2 weeks (I can't do good work on that timeline).
The short guide
How to install FAQPage schema
- Pick the question bank that matches your site type. Don't mix and match — Google's policy is one FAQ section per page, on-topic.
- Replace every [bracketed placeholder] with your actual values (prices, durations, region, hours, etc.). Don't ship a single bracket — Google will catch it on the next crawl.
- Render the FAQ visibly on the page as an accordion (or any interactive element). The visible questions and answers must be word-for-word identical to the schema. Build both from a single source-of-truth array.
- Add the JSON-LD script tag in your page head with
@type: "FAQPage"and amainEntityarray ofQuestionobjects, each containing anacceptedAnswer. - Validate at search.google.com/test/rich-results. Confirm zero errors and that "FAQPage" appears in the detected items list. Re-test on every edit.
- Resubmit to GSC. URL Inspection → Test live URL → Request indexing. Google usually picks up the rich result within 24-72 hours.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is FAQPage schema and why does it matter?
FAQPage is a schema.org structured-data type Google uses to render FAQ accordions directly in search results. Pages with valid FAQPage schema get ~2-3× more SERP real estate than pages without — the FAQ accordion appears below the title, which lifts CTR and gives the site a citation advantage in AI-search (ChatGPT, Perplexity heavily cite FAQ markup). Adding FAQPage to a page with 4+ FAQs is the single highest-leverage SEO move you can make in an afternoon.
How many FAQs should be on a page?
Minimum 4 to qualify for rich-result eligibility. 6-10 is the sweet spot for most pages. 12+ is fine if you genuinely have 12 distinct questions. More than 20 starts to look like keyword-stuffing and may get the rich-result revoked.
Should the FAQ schema match the visible FAQ exactly?
Yes — Google's policy is explicit: the schema must match what's visible on the page, word-for-word. If you ship FAQs in schema that aren't visible (or that say something different from what's visible), Google can issue a manual action and revoke your FAQ rich-result eligibility site-wide. Build your FAQ from a single source-of-truth array; pass it to both schema and render.
Can I use the same FAQ on multiple pages?
Per Google's policy, FAQ schema should not be used to repeat the same FAQ across many pages. Each page's FAQs should be specific to that page's topic. The product-level FAQ goes on the product page; the pricing FAQ goes on the pricing page; the per-feature FAQ goes on the feature page. Don't blanket-deploy a 20-question FAQ at the bottom of every page.
How do I install the schema on my site?
Drop the JSON-LD payload into a `<script type="application/ld+json">` tag in your page's `<head>` or `<body>`. Frameworks like Next.js / Astro / Nuxt have built-in helpers. Validate at search.google.com/test/rich-results to confirm Google can parse it. Re-test after every edit.
Are the example answers in the question banks ready to use?
They're templates with [bracketed placeholders] for your specifics — replace every [N], [X], [your-thing] with your actual values. They're not turnkey copy; they're a starting structure that's already in the right voice and structure. Filling in the brackets takes 5-10 minutes per FAQ; faster than writing from scratch.
Can the AI generate FAQs that match my actual product?
Yes — generate a full site on Website Killer; the AI writes FAQs conditioned on your prompt + the rest of your site, then ships them with FAQPage schema and the visible accordion in sync. The result is on-brand, on-product, and indexable on day one.
What's the difference between FAQPage and Q&A page?
FAQPage is for canonical, authoritative answers (the company's own FAQ section). Q&A is for community-question pages (Stack Overflow, Quora). They're different schema types. Don't use Q&A for your product FAQ — use FAQPage. Don't use FAQPage for a forum thread — use Q&A.
