Fit
Who this is for
- Agencies building 10+ client sites per quarter who want SSO, seat-based billing, and white-labeling
- Marketing teams at 50+ person companies needing audit logs, RBAC, and a procurement-friendly MSA
- Product orgs centralizing landing pages, microsites, and campaign sites under one platform
- VC portfolio operators standardizing how every portfolio company spins up a marketing site
- Regulated industries (defense, finance, healthcare) needing single-tenant deployment
Features
What you get
SAML 2.0 SSO
Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, or any standard SAML IdP. Just-in-time provisioning supported.
SCIM 2.0 provisioning
Automated user creation, group sync, and offboarding. Right people get access the day they need it; the wrong ones lose it the day they leave.
Audit logs
Authentication, project changes, billing events, admin actions, custom-domain changes — all CSV-exportable and queryable by date range. 365-day retention.
Role-based access control
Org admin, billing admin, project editor, project viewer, and custom roles for agencies. Project-level access not just org-level.
Named customer success
A single point of contact for your account. Quarterly business reviews. Direct escalation path for production issues — not a ticket queue.
Production SLA
99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for breach. Defined incident severity levels, response times, and a named on-call escalation path.
Custom MSA & DPA
We'll sign your standard procurement paperwork or use ours. GDPR Article 28 covered, SCCs for international transfers, audit rights, breach notification, sub-processor change notice.
Volume AI generation
Token pools at scale — combine usage across all seats. Soft and hard caps you control. Predictable monthly invoice; no surprise overages.
Custom-domain slots at scale
Connect dozens or hundreds of customer domains under one org. Bulk SSL provisioning via Let's Encrypt. DNS-validated wildcard certificates on request.
Dedicated environments (on request)
Single-tenant managed deployment in a private VPC for regulated industries. Same Website Killer product, isolated infrastructure, separate billing.
Process
How procurement actually goes
- Intro call (30 min) — your use case, your seat count, your IdP, your procurement constraints. We come ready with answers, not a 45-slide deck.
- Trial environment (1–2 days) — your team gets a paid-tier sandbox to validate the product against your real use case before any paperwork.
- Security review (parallel) — your team gets our latest security questionnaire pre-filled. We host live calls with your IT/InfoSec if you need.
- Paperwork (3–7 days) — we sign our MSA or yours, attach a DPA, redlines reviewed by counsel within 48 hours.
- SSO + provisioning (1 hour) — configuration call with your IdP admin. We pair-program the setup.
- Go live — first production site usually ships within one week of contract signature.
What it costs
Pricing
Enterprise pricing is custom, seat-based, and quoted per organization. Typical inputs: seat count, monthly AI generation volume, custom-domain slot count, and contract term.
- Annual contracts get a meaningful discount over monthly.
- Multi-year contracts get a further discount.
- Volume AI pricing kicks in past ~50K tokens/seat/month.
- Single-tenant deployments are quoted separately and start at six figures annual.
For most teams under 25 seats, the standard Pro and Premium plans on the pricing page are the right fit. Email enterprise@killerwebsite.ai to see if Enterprise pays back.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's the smallest team that makes sense for the Enterprise plan?
Practically, anything from five seats up. The Pro plan is enough for solo founders and small teams. Enterprise becomes worth it when you need SSO/SAML, audit logs, a contractual SLA, a named support contact, or seat-based billing that doesn't punish you for the second person.
Do you support SSO and SCIM provisioning?
Yes. SAML 2.0 SSO with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and any IdP that speaks standard SAML. SCIM 2.0 for automated user provisioning and deprovisioning so the right people get access and offboarded users lose it on the same day they leave.
Can I run Website Killer on my own infrastructure?
For most teams, no — and we'd push back if you asked. Our managed multi-tenant cloud is faster, cheaper, and more secure than any single-tenant deployment we'd build for you. For specific regulated industries (defense, certain financial services), we'll discuss a single-tenant managed deployment in a private VPC. Contact enterprise@killerwebsite.ai to scope.
How does white-labeling work for agencies?
Agency plans support brand-removal on the customer dashboard, custom-domain email sending under your domain, and co-branded customer onboarding. You can resell projects to your clients under your own brand. Full white-label is on the Enterprise tier.
Do you sign a DPA and MSA?
Yes. We have a standard DPA (Data Processing Addendum) covering GDPR Article 28 obligations and standard MSA. We can sign yours if it doesn't materially conflict with our standard terms. Redlines are reviewed by counsel, not optimized for friction.
What's the typical implementation timeline?
From contract to first production site: usually under one week. SSO setup is the longest path — typically a one-hour configuration call followed by your team's IdP review. Customer success runs the onboarding; we do not require professional-services engagements to start.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is seat-based and scales with site count, AI generation volume, and custom-domain slots. We offer multi-year discounts. Annual commit gets you a meaningful discount vs monthly. Email enterprise@killerwebsite.ai for a quote tailored to your usage profile.
What's NOT on the Enterprise plan?
We don't sell perpetual licenses (subscription only). We don't sell unlimited AI generation at a fixed price (token-based pricing is more honest and lets us pass through model cost changes both ways). We don't ship a downloadable on-prem distribution.
